A DAMAGED PRODUCT
If you receive a damaged product please contact us through the website. It is for your best interest that all communication is through Babydynamics.com, not the manufacturer. This facilitates the best form of communication for all partys involved. Babydynamics.com makes every order a priority and if a damaged item is received, we will do what is necessary to rectify the situation.
Returns are only accepted in the case of damaged or dysfunctional items. A new item or item parts will be shipped at no additional charge to replace the damaged item.
Baby Dynamics reserves the right to refuse merchandise returned in a damaged or obviously used condition. Should the item be defective in any way, please contact us via email for a return authorization.
Should an order be returned to us marked "refused delivery" you will be charged for the original shipping charges since they are paid by us when the order is shipped and are not refundable.
